ROW STRENGTH, ROW ENDURANCE
(Rhythm based)
Row endurance sessions are low intensity, long & slow sessions that are all about finding your rhythm and building a solid aerobic base.
More focused on the fundamentals, breathing patterns and rhythm, you can expect a steady improvement in your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Row strength is designed in an ‘on again off again’ format with consistent intensity changes and use of other equipment to bring about forced adaptations in the body.
